Force Majeure:

Contractual obligations is prevented or affected by or you otherwise suffer any damage or loss as a result of “force majeure”. In these booking conditions,
“force majeure” means any event, which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events may include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and all similar events outside our control.

Behaviour:

When you book with us, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for anysuch damage or loss must be paid direct at the time to the supplier. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for meeting any claims subsequently made against us (together with your own and the other party’s legal costs) as a result of your actions.

We expect our clients to have consideration for other people. If, in our reasonable opinion, or in the opinion of any other person in authority, you or any member of your party behaves in such a way as to cause or be likely to cause danger, upset or distress to any third party or damage to property, we are entitled, without your prior notice, to terminate the booking of the person(s) concerned. In this situation, the person(s) concerned will be required to leave the service. We will have no further responsibility toward such person(s).

No refunds will be made and we will not pay any expenses or costs incurred as a result of the termination.

Guides:

Sexual, verbal or physical harassment of our local representatives (guides) will not be tolerated. Our guides reserve the right to leave a group atany given time if such has occurred. No refund will be given.

Liability:
We accept responsibility for the acts and/or omissions of our employees, agents and suppliers EXCEPT where they lead to death, injury orillness. In all cases, you must first seek compensation from the primary supplier (Activity provider). Our liability in all cases shall be limited to a maximum of the price of your itinerary arrangements. We accept no liability for any accident that occurs while any of your group is under the influence of drink or drugs. In some cases persons in your group may have to sign disclaimer forms before commencing certain activities.

Personal injury unconnected with your booked Itinerary arrangements:

If you, or any member of you party, suffer death, illness, or injury
whilst overseas arising out of an activity which does not form part of your package itinerary arrangements or an excursion arranged through us, we shall at our discretion, offer advice, guidance and assistance to help you in resolving any claim which you may have against a third party, provided we are advised of the incident within 90 days of its occurrence.

Late arrivals/delays / rescheduling:
It is your responsibility to arrive at all departure or pick-up points at the time specified in the itineraries suppliedby BFY Bucharest. We will not accept responsibility for the consequences of late or non-arrival as specified above and no money will be refunded if you miss any part of your weekend as a result.

Activities / bus pick-ups must begin on time. Buses will leave 15 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. If the group fails to arrive at the designated time, they must pay for their own transportation. If the group arrives late to the venue, the activity may be cancelled with no refund. Such case is at the discretion of the activity venue.

Rescheduling of an activity again is at the discretion of the activity venue. Should they not be able to accommodate such request to reschedule and the original reservation has been missed, no refund will be entitled to the group.
